Thinking about it with the CE for £1000 I have seen them for £1300-1500 last summer before the crunch and assumed the doggier ones would have dropped down to be really cheap?

At the moment out of those posted I am really liking the Alfa 166's, I completely forgot about these depreciation disasters! The ST24's is a good shout as well - they have come down a lot again!

This is what I got for £900 last year.

Had 5 months MOT (and just passed it's recent one on Sat with flying colours) and the only thing I've had to do to it is repair a hose, replace the battery and have the AC topped up plus the usual plugs/fitler/oil service.

Point is, if you want to buy a car for a grand, it'll cost you ten times that in repairs probably

Further research shows that there are none at anywhere near this price. If there was a 750 for £900 then i can only assume it must have been a very late E32 5.0...
