If you think about it, you can make distilled water at home for free. (kettle, glass bowl, frozen peas and something to catch the condensate it)

But it's not worth the hassle for £3

Mrs sir-les-mp might not like you doing it either

Iirc it cost £3.75 ish for 5l from Halfords when I filled mine 6 months ago. Got to be another car parts supplier nearer to you than 2 hours?

I live on an island in the firth of clyde
the local garage does not stock distilled water as there is no call for it here
they say " the tap water here is so good you dont need to use distilled water when topping up your battery"
However no matter ho good the tap water is i aint putting it in my water cooling system.
