I'm not fully clued up on this but I think the whole theme of "ladyboy" is that they are only half-way complete on the surgery.
 
An old colleague of mine and I were telling pulling stories to each other over a few beers when he eventually told me he pulled a trannie in Thailand and upon finding the tackle PIITB! I'm not easily shocked but I was a bit surprised!

Does anyone have an original source for these pics? It's one thing to receive them in an email with "z0mg they're all men!!1!1!!!!111!", but it's quite another thing to know where they came from in the first place.

What was the name of this beauty contest? When was it held? Who was the winner? Where's the website?
