Have you seen the latest CSI? Laurence Fishbourne enters, Grisom exits. I think he's doing great and will become great too. Exactly how I imagined Grisom to probably be when he was new to CSI :)

He's pretty awesome in it too, still learning the ropes but he seems to be very at home in this!
