You see these kind of messages all around California - they seem quite strict on it!
Someone needs to stick a big sign on the sun saying "proven to cause cancer"
"The FDA has not advised people to stop eating baked potatoes, fried potatoes or other foods which contain acrylamide."
Eh? So they want you to get cancer?

Yeah, it's totally a result of all the lawsuits from people that claimed, "I had no idea!". Think back to the hot coffee spillage. They have to put warnings on everything now just so they can come back with, "We told you so."If anyone has been to the state of California in the US, you see this message everywhere. Shops generally have it on their wall outside as well.
That's what I assumed, but they're saying that it could cause cancer but you shouldn't care anyway...No, the FDA correctly recognise the actual level of risk...

Seems utterly pointless to me.
Would you like a happy m-m-m-m-m-meal.. meal
Sorry just had to share that parody.
its true, but afaik it happens a lot more when using the cheap oil that fast food places use. It also happens more as the oil is reused over and over again, so fast food contains significantly more acrylamide than if you made it yourself at home.
