The guy here has pictures and info to prove he has a legit copy.

If your meaning available as a whole, iirc the GoW2 in question was nabbed from a pressing plant. Until the whole process from beginning to end is fully automated by machines yer always gonna have the "human" element in the chain at each point opening yourself up to possible leaks.

It's never going to stop imho.

I know the person in this thread is legit, but it has been 'leaked' and is available to download today aswell.

Ahhh Im gutted - just played a bit of SF Alpha and a) I forgot how it feels to be a noob b) got hand cramp after 3rounds . Im gutted how much I want to enjoy this game, but might not be able to...

If your on live and it tags you as playing the game before release will it automatically assume its a copy or will they somehow check its just that you've got the game early?

Yes I've sent a few messages to people that work in stores to see if I can nabs me one lol

they will do checks to see if it matches the retail copy. If not you'll be flagged for a ban.

from my days working in a games shop. The Friday release would generally come in on the Wednesday, sometimes the Monday. So maybe only a handful of shops will actually have copies in store

Im just keeping my fingers crossed that i get one of the sticks, if i dont, ill probably buy the PS3 version instead. Ill be flogging my hori 360 stick shortly to make way for the biggie once its confirmed as coming.
