Vista 64bit + 32bit ?

A friend of mine has just ordered Vista Ultimate plumping for the 32 bit version.
I told him i thought you got the 32 bit version included if you buy the 64 bit version (sure i read it somewhere).
Am i right ?

If you're buying the retail version, I believe you get both.
