I think he means to say that you would use the word "accept"Just tell them they don't have to pay.
A Pro Forma invoice just means you have to pay up front. You don't necessarily have to go to a bank.

yeah, sneaky ninja, thanks for chaning it Mull3t!I saw it before you ninja edited it. It did not say "write".
How can I pay up front a company in china with a proforma invoice when I am down here in the UK, obviously I would have to go down the bank?
But if I offer a proforma invoice to a retail chain the UK when I am selling them the bulk of units then they can pay me upfront say a company cheque, is that fine?
Hey guys,
My latest business venture is I am going to become a distributor. When accepting payment from say a retail chain that I would be selling to, what is the best form of payment is that proforma invoice (performa invoice), bank transfer, wire transfer, company cheque
anyway please give me some positive answers, I will be away for a few days and hope when I am back you guys would have given me some positive answers and not just the usual this will never work, or you are some loser, some dreamer. It gets tired listen to that all. I am trying hard with so many ideas to make something of myself and I will continue trying till I get it right.
