Take pictures as you parked and then inform the police. They can then go and charge him for driving without insurance and fleeing from the incident.

Though this may be too difficult for them!

I spotted this in Birmingham on Saturday when I was down there. It's not some tool with a stickered up ex-police car, this thing was stripped, caged, 2 buckets. The whole nine yards. Cool car, certainly got my attention more than the R8 a few minutes before.

Would it be illegal if someone were to use a tube of lipstick to write abuse on the car's windscreen/windows?

The Rover is still there and the lipstick is not mine but --will be-- borrowed ¬_¬.

It's just bothering me as it's in direct view of my office window you see :S I look out, see my car, see my colleague's car then....some Rover parked at a half ass angle!

The big red van is not there, the man only went into tesco, from the desk I can only see a few cars in 4-5 of the bays, or as it is at the mo, 2 cars and 1 in 2 bays!

its been accurate for just about every other car i've tested

considering the precarious parking, i think its fairly safe to say that is not insured.

Check out my 1337 parking! Every day I get closer and closer to the railing so the cars who park next to me have an extra half a space of room to swing their doors. There's about 3mm between my mirror and the railing today. Thankfully I can pull out forward!

(yes yes, nothing amazingly spotted but this wasn't worth its own thread).

Judging by how much room is around the rest of the car, you could easily get it out of there even if someone put a car right next to it

With electronic power steering which seems to either have 100% or 0% input when using the wheel only slightly, I'll stick to a wing mirrors width thanks

Anyway, only half the mirror sticks out from the body so it's not that bad an effort
