You'd be lucky if the replacement was better, more then 50% of the people on shoryuken have scratched units....Just madcatz adding their personal touch :D
 
Well, I can say 2 things.

1) Seth is a ****
2) I'm more useless on joystick than I thought I was

My TE is spotless which I'm very happy about, but I'm decidely crap on joystick - beginning to think it was a bit of a waste of money buying such a pro stick when I could probably have just got the SE version instead. Might sell it on.

Game plays a lot differently than I expected, I guess I'm too used to SF3 Alpha speed.
 
Loving this so far - but grrr Seth - hes so annoying - especially when he focus attacks past your Ultra!!!

Kens Ultra is so awesome - though it has no range whatsoever...

So far Ken > Ryu IMHO

How are people getting along with the challenge rooms with controllers? I'm failing rather hard at some of the combos purely because I'm like 0.5 seconds late, really annoying. :(
 
I'm interested in how playable this is on the 360 pad. I've never been much cop on a joystick, so I'd be using the normal pad.
 
This is going to take some getting used to. Trying to play it SF2 style just results in me getting a pasting. Oh and I echo the sentiment above about Seth, there's cheap and then there's Seth. After I won the first round against him, he goes mental, teleporting all over the place.

I cant get some of the cancels when trying - dno if Ill be able to do it in game :(

Dont get the wierd combos where you do say a jump roundhouse, crouch fierce then attempt to do a dragon punch - not an easy combo for me on pad...

Gah, keep cancelling and then reordering this, I really can't make my mind up. I suck at beat em ups but did used to enjoy street fighter, do you really have to be THAT good to play and enjoy this?

I'm the same. Got fond memories of SF2 back in the day, but suspect I'll be rubbish !
 
Seth is just the cheapest SF boss ever.

I cannot unlock Gouken, I have been here all day and unlocked everyone else but I just cannot get the 2 perfects and 3 ultras and if I do Sagat then smashes my face in with his skanky Ultra. that thing take half a bar of energy easily and he hits it eveytime
