well i got a voice mail yesterday, form my father who i havent had contact with for 12 years, that he threaented to kill me if i didnt give him some money which, he sent me, for uni (£2k) which was the first money he sent me for 12 years. he sent a a voicemail threatening to kill me, and he has been to jail for attempted murder on my mother.

what can i do about this?
 
Go round his house with a baseball bat and **** him up and spit on him?


Alternatively ring him and tell him to **** off and get a life.

Post about it on as many forums as possible.

Then go to the police.
 
There is an organisation that deals with this kind of thing now, they are called the police, not to be confused with the band of the same name that was headed by Sting.

Seriously, I empathise (if this is true..), but what do you honestly think you should do? Police!

Don't delete the message.

In case it is lost, make a note of the time, date and verbatim words that were spoken.

Phone the cops.

Threats to kill is an offence under the Offences Against the Person Act as well and can also fall under the Malicious Communications Act and Harassment Act.
