The SF2 character music gets played during rival matches in Arcade mode.
Right I'm going to get up early tomorrow and run round all the shops like a headless chicken to find me a TE stick! I've got all the shops phone numbers in my phone along with the addresses of the ones I'm not familiar with so I can find them with my phones GPS.

Sorry - I guess I'm annoyed that there seems to be many more Ryu-only players than anyone else
jebus i typed gibberish there then
in a few weeks maybe more people will be using other players.
id like to be able to use one player well before moving on.
i do play about with Guile and Blanka occasionally just that Ryu and Ken have the same moves and so the benefits of practice help for 2 players.
in a week or 2 im sure i will be whinging bout it too.

Can't wait to play this. Going into town first thing to buy it.
I recieved my Madcatz ChunLi gamepad this morning, but i'm not sure i like it : \ . It all works ok, directions and input buttons work fine, but the dpad feels a tad too 'mushy'. can't explain it, it's like I don't feel confident going in for an attack because i can't tell whether im inputting the right command, if that makes sense. Might just take some getting use to, that's on HDRemix, will see what it's like on SFIV tomorrow

The game is very good. Started off with a bit of button bashing, then read the manual and tried some of the training. Learnt some moves. More you play the better it gets I think - things start falling in to place and it's great. HORI EX2 joystick is ace too, works a treat; not damaged on arrival, doesn't stick and still works! *touchwood*

Firstly... what a game, truely fantastic and addictive, was playing with a mate and 3 hours went by and didn't even notice
I was worried about getting the game after hearing about what people were saying about the 360 pad but in all honesty I can't say I've found a problem with it even though I do find myself using the analog stick more - not quite sure why, never really thought about using the stick for fighting games before but it just seems to fit and work a treat
Also, Seth is a bit of a **** xD, Capcom like to make hard games

Finally got home from work tonight to greet my te stick
Apologies for the terrible pictures.
No cosmetic damage etc.
All the buttons work just fine from the little I have played.
Its going to take me a while to get used to it so I am off to play some arcade before I get into the online side of things

Had some great matches with lucifurr this evening and the netcode seems pretty good to me, granted I haven't played it extensively online but I only noticed a couple of instances of lag.
Afterwards I had a crack at unlocking a few characters and got horribly stuck on Seth, man hes got some super cheap moves. But then a fighting game end boss should be cheap as hell imho, gives the game a nice (if frustrating) old school feel
I love the focus attack when I remember to use it, great addition. And while I like how they can bring someone right back into a match I do feel that some of the Ultras are a little too powerful, but maybe thats just because I keep getting caught with them

Jesus rp2000 you are ****ing hard when you play as Akuma (never played as him before as Ive never had a SF game to play before). Only way to avoid you furries of fireballs was to tiger knee out of them...
Used that so much more than Uppercut as I know how good Akuma is at EVERYTHING...
We are nicely matched - though that first game where I ultraed your ultra was AWESOME
Good games mate - I definitely need to get better - btw were you using stick or pad (assume pad due to the time)...
P.S. I promise not to play as Sagat if you dont choose Akuma
