Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

Guys - gonna buy tomorrow and am planning on getting the PS3 version for one simple reason - the pad will be better for now until I manage to get one of the MadCatz pads. Can't get those for love nor money at the moment.

However - what has the network connectivity been like on the 360 and PS3? Cause I will pretty much buy the one which works best as only planning on playing online. so 360 or PS3? Or do they both work well?
 
The netcode is solid as a rock on both platforms. Obviously it's dependant on who you connect to but i've only had 1 or 2 bad games on the PS3

Is it just me or are Akuma's super and ultra combos impossible to do online? I pull them off np offline but when I go online I hit the exact same combination of buttons and bugger all happens, I've managed it once or twice but that was it. Mind you I've never connected to somebody with over 3 bars of connectivity strength, would that play into it?
 
Kens hits are too weak; you need a 14 hit combo to kill 1/3 energy. My 14 hit combo (when I can pull it off) takes about 3/4 energy :)

Then play arcade mode through, get TWO perfects and at least THREE ultra combo finishes, at ANY POINT ON THE ARCADE, not in order, just as long as you have them before you beat Seth. Then Gouken will challenge you, after you beat seth. You win you get him

To Unlock SETH

Play arcade mode through with ALL OF THE UNLOCKED characters, yes this includes gouken and akuma.

Already done it mate, Unlocked all chars upto gouki, completed it with the extra chars so far too and the normal chars required for the initial unlocks.

Does arcade have to be on any specific settings?

Also whats the personal attack?
and how the hell do I unlock more char colors?

EDIT: Do I have to do it from beginning to end without losing a round? :/

Personal Attacks are just taunts (hold HP+HK together).

Remember you have to get those perfects/ultras before you face Seth...
