The snitch? Sorry i've just come to this thread for the 1st time and CBA to read through 26 odd pages, can someone please summarise whats gone on here?

Hyper sent item to a bloke called Matthew instead of intended recipient by mistake.

Hyper asks Matthew to forward it on to buyer.

Matthew claims to have already sold item at car boot sale as he was entitled to.

Hyper recieves legal advise from the OcUK faithful.

Hyper requests that either the item is returned to him at his cost or he is paid the 120 quid that the auction ended at.

Matthew at first refuses and claims he can take it to court.

Hyper explains his steps in an email

Matthew forks up 60 quid which is what he sild it for at car boot.

Hyper demands the full amount.

Matthew caves and sends another 60 quid as a 'goodwill gesture'

Matthew also reveals that a 'snitch' had informed him of the goings on in this thread

The world is saved.
