Pay them for the food that you took from their store. Do you steal food or other items on a regular basis?

Too true! If you received what you ordered and the money was not taken from your account then you should pay up.
What you should have done is paid when they first asked you. This was in all of the papers and on the news back in January. You are legally and morally obliged to pay for the goods that you have recieved. Do it now before you end up having debt collectors called in and your credit rating trashed.
pay them you owe them the money ,and it;s going to be a **** load of hassle if you don'rt.
