Just wondering as my parents just ordered a Mini Cooper for this value. Absolutely crazy but I'm honestly curious as to what alternatives you lot would bought in this scenario.

At that money I'd probably wait a year or two for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe or the new Toyota AE86 replacement they're allegedly bringing out that has a Subaru engine.

If it had to be right now then yeah, probably an MX5, can't really think of any sensibly priced modern cars that really interest me. The market seems to be splitting into sensible economy hatchbacks and super expensive sports cars.

Not going to say an alfa, because someone already has, and it would be very boring and predictable of me, do like the idea of an Alfa with a Warranty tho.
