cheapest place for golf clubs!

i just want a number 1 driver, where's cheapest place i could find one? just looked on jjb site but they have no info at all on them!

want to go up to driving range and ****(pregnant fish) some balls!

Ebay.

I bought all my clubs from there. I think I paid £60 for a 2yo Big Bertha 460, so cheaper stuff will be, er, cheaper

I've just come back from the golf range, ive been using a driver that was about £400, hit some cracking shots

But 90% of my shots always go to the right

lol will it be possible to get a driver for 10 quid or something? even if it is crap? i need it now so i can go up tonight!

we went for a game of pitch and put other day but it just turned out to be how far you can hit the ball rather then getting it in holes lol, (i won :cool:

)

ps, driver 1 is the club what hits it furthest aint it?

Gripping too tight, or arms not loose enough, same problem as me.

I think its my arm, when i do a practise swing i come down and my club is angled to the right!!

And rybo89, no you won't be able to get a club for 10pounds.

Just take some irons? Even the pitching wedge will do!

You need custom clubs if you really want the best from them.

Buy them from ebay or the like and they'll probably be custom fit to the previous owner, especially the dearer sets.

you have to pay to look on local ad-mag site! how carp is that!

i know golf is a rich mans sport but surely theres some cheapo clubs? ill pay up to 30 quid for a piece of metal with a block of metal on the end

will that be possible?

Go down to a range that has a shop, start looking around the drivers, holding a few etc then as if you can try a few out

haha thats what ive just said to me cousin, told him we've got dress up as golfers and pretend were professionals, then they will let us try befor we buy

but this thread doesn't matter now, got a friend of family to leng me his golf set

not that i can promise it'll come back in one piece haha
