When Life Gets To Much..

I hit the gym. Hard. And go for a drive with some good tunes.

Feel for you dude truly. In and out of that place a lot myself at the mo ;) Chin up, focus on what's awesome in life and other blah blah bull**** that doesn't help at all :p

Stay up all night, just thinking.

And thinking and thinking!! Its nice that people think they can help by giving you advise but its a waste of time. At the end of the day you feel like you do and no one understands. You have to get over it yourself and no amount of music, drink, drugs,dressing up as a lady:o is going to help. Unless you have the mental attitude to get over it. I know that for a fact, been going through crap for months and months and feel like dying, yet I can still post on here :D

It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.

So,get a grip, get drunk, get high, put some tunes on and and think of loads of disabled people!Get up in the morning and do the same again. Sorted.
 
I developed a determination not to let life get me down... turn up the tunes and tidy my room is a good start, then try and do something completely out of the ordinary from my daily routine.

1) Get out into the country on your own on a sunny cold day in spring and go for a long walk. Up a hill is best. Puts your little life into perspective somehow.

2) When you go to bed late very tired, play a little pretend game...
Pretend you have been in bed for several weeks, pretend you have a fatal illness, pretend that your family are all gathered downstairs after just having said goodbye to you. Pretend to yourself that when you nod off to sleep you know you will never wake up again.

When you have managed to pretend yourself into this frame of mind, and it's dead scary if it works properly, think about all the things you wish you had done, and would do urgently, if you had just one more day of decent health left to you.
