well I hope it isnt just marketing BS to draw attention away from KZ2, even if they do reach the limits of technology i'd like to think they could find other ways to use the xboxs power more efficiently than just bang out an xbox 720..

And its not an exclusive.
I'd hope they would try to surpass KZ2 as I hope Sony do too. Seems fairly common sense for a company to try and make their product better.
i think you'll find it is an exclusive, to xbox 360 and games for windows.
Yeah MS like to play that 'exclusive' card, yet it appears on another format.
It is only an exclusive to the 360 if it is only on the 360.
So it isn't an exclusive then... that's two platforms!!!
That certainly isn't exclusive, it's the fact that games like that, Gears of war and mass effect have made it to the PC that i still haven't bought a 360.
And the xbox is the inferior platform.

The previous 3 GoW games have been the benchmarks. GoW was, GoW2 is still a PS2 benchmark and GoW:CoO is a benchmark on the PSP.
Its no surprise that MS have come out with a "we've got something better than killzone2" statement. Its good marketing. A close competitor (even though i think the PS3 is streets ahead of the xbox down to reliablity plus the fact the games come on bluray disks) has come out with a game that (due to over hyping imo) has sent it rocketing to the top of the ps3 charts - but lets be honest theres no ither close competition for number one spot at the moment.
In essence what you have is a simple my ball is rounder better and bounces higher than your ball competition between Sony and MS.
I dont see the fuss realy kz2 is growing on me slowly the same way that I lost the passion for gears when gears 2 came out.
Its about time sony got serious with the ps3 and getting microsoft to push their limits means owners of both consoles (like me) are going to benefit both ways.
