"Future Xbox 360 Exclusives will Surpass Killzone 2" - Microsoft

As i mentioned in an other thread, KZ2 was nothing special.

Unfortunatly - gfx alone cant make a title worth playing, otherwise crysis would be game of the year for years to come.

To clarify, it was a major letdown, the controls still make me want to cut myself, and the god damn motion blur .. Jesus wept at how annoying this can be at times. Multiplayer is its probably saving grace, but i find the hit detection to be very poor and in general the mp offers nothing over other similar titles - i would be -very- shocked if it gets a playerbase any where near as high as COD5 on console, or COD4 on PC. What it is however to those who only own a PS3 is a good (Not great, good) fps finally after years of waiting.

When a game comes out on the PS3 platform that essentially 'forces' MS to "promise that they can surpass it in the future with their own exclusives" and also even "congratulate Sony & GG's for their efforts", that's a big deal, whether you like the game or not KZ2 is a big title, not just for PS3 but for gaming in general, although it doesn't particularly add anything new to the table it is one of the most polished first person shooters to date. The only people I see moaning about this game are the people that are not skilful enough to master the unique controls and just want easy COD4 floaty controls that make you feel like your moving a camera around an environment rather than a person.

Of course it won't reach the player base of Call of Duty on consoles, as Killzone 2 is only out on one of the consoles. DUH.

As for the PC version of Call of Duty 4, again it won't reach that player base, you do know that there are many, many, many, many, many more PC's out there than PS3's right? It's not like Call of Duty 4 is a demanding game, you don't need a top of the range PC to play it, far from it.

I didn't know Captain Obvious posted here.

Now the controls, they are fine. You're just bad.

You are aware that a lot of FPS games are already out on the PS3 right?

I can't even think of one FPS the 360 has over the PS3, of course I'm not including Halo 3 because that was rubbish.

Some people don't half talk rubbish lol.

Youre seriously in the minority.

Its a great game, and I dont know if Alpherah knows this, but COD 4 and World at War are available to buy for the PS3 from all good games stores.

I've played Call of Duty 4, and it was fun, I find Killzone 2 to be "awesome" in every respect.
Its still isnt as good as Crysis, which is the best shooter in existence, but it is only running on a PS3 after all.

Saturday night, while many of us were stuffing food into our faces, plenty of folks were still playing Halo 3. At precisely 6:36pm PST, in a three minute and nineteen second game of Infection on Foundry, four players participated in Halo 3's one billionth match.

One Billion. It's a giant number, one that's difficult to understand without the proper context. Our first thought was to put it into perspective by comparing Halo 3's total games played with its predecessor, Halo 2, a title that we are still super proud of, and one that's topped the original Xbox LIVE Leaderboards since its launch through to present day - over four years of online gaming.

Few people out there would disagree with you on that one!

Either way, it happened and I shall never forgot the pain I felt when playing that game.

Which Is why I wan't a sequel to Perfect Dark, I enjoyed Perfect Dark Zero but was it no way anywhere near as good as Perfect Dark. One of my all time favorite games and it deserves atleast a second go just so long as they make it a more serious game as in line with the first.

That does not make it a good game. The Pug 207 was the highest selling car in Europe last year, but the 3 series bmw was 10th. Does that mean the pug is a better car??
