vcore goes down under 100% load?

Ive been overclocking intel chips for about 1 1/2 years now but never asked this question, currently CPUZ 1.50 shows my vcore as 1.4v under 0% load, however when priming at 100% load it shows about 1.37v, I take this is normal? And if so what would I quote my vcore as being set at?

Seems to suggest that Load Line Calibration should be disabled on Asus boards whereas most people seem to enable this option.
