Well Kreeeee thrashed me with Blanka (hate that damn character lol ) wasn't even funny :p


However i redemed myself by beating him the subsiquent 3 matches (Bison, Akuma, Ryu).

Unfortunatly they don't count :(

Ah well, played Kreeeee, good luck in the tourney :D
 
Those were some absolutely amazing games, will be great to watch the footage when I stick it up on youtube!

I lost 1-2, was too excited to remember the individual results :o

Great game Lucifurr, the absolute best I've had in SVIV so far :D

Will also post up my pad using friends 10 hit combo with Sakura that halves my health =/

Wow, what a great fight! You certainly gave me a good run for my money. You played very well as Blanka and was very tactical with the way you played and I think we were both forced each other to learn and adapt to the changes in how we played.

You certianly did scare me in the second match and that really did get the adrenaline going. I will look forward to future matches against you.

It wasn't my decision, and there are a number of factors involved. I'd rather he not be suspended but he broke the rules too many times.

It makes it a pain and he can't respond to comments or questions in this thread and therefore has to forfeit his place in the tournament.

After finding a neat piece of software, I'm now able to record my matches using my webcam. :) It can record audio too and then attach and sync that to the video if you like. The quality is better than I thought it would be, but still nothing on a proper video camera.

I'm sure there are plenty of other pieces of software out there that do the job, but this one works for me and is easy to use.

Again, the arcade stick sounds so loud because my camera is 1 foot away from the stick and it's my friend that won't shut up during the video :p
 
Man, can't believe how much I sucked in that fight :D

Notice the sheer number of failed moves (curse you 360 dpad!!!!), I blame my tools :p

Where is the 2nd round? Or did you think just one vid was humiliation enough :D

You're not bad but you always try to hit me when I wake up, which I can just block and punish.
 
Yeah, tbh I was a bit panicky that fight, first fight of a tourney and I just got stuck in a jump HK loop. :o

After the fight was over and we had those random fights I settled down and started playing more normally and putting some thought into it.

Ah well, was good experience and practice anyway, next tournament ;)
 
You should always mix things up during sparring, choosing new characters and trying random new set-ups and combos.
 
What time limit is there on the first round? v0id hasn't been online in 5 days so I'm not sure when I'll get my match done.
