Brown added: "I was there and I witnessed it, he spat at my assistant manager down the tunnel, that's their club captain. Hopefully he's proud of himself. He spat at his feet."

Why would he do this? - seems out of character:confused: perhaps more info will come to light...

Young Cesc behaves a lot better than other footballers, most of who as seasoned pro's are older than him. Off the pitch he doesn't get into fights, and on it he doesn't dive around...or...time waste? ;)

If he says that he didn't do it, then I'm not bothered. Unless there's a video evidence of him doing it then at most it's distasteful. But well done to Hull, there's now almost nothing in the news about the match itself.

You are having a laugh aren't you Lizard?

I've lost count of the amount of times Fabregas has rolled around on the floor holding his face trying to get people sent off when they haven't touched him (including trying to get his 'friend' Arteta sent off). Like Hlebio says, he's previously spat at a player, came out with pathetic comments at the likes of Hughes, thrown pizza at Fergie (yes i know that's funny :D) and there's been incidents involving Sheringham and Agger where he's acted like a total ****, pinching a prodding them trying to get a reaction.

Fantastic player but not fair behind Diouf in the **** stakes.

ummm that's a joke right?

Diouf is a disgrace in every facet (no player in the EPL gets a close mention next to that ****....not even Ronaldo), and Phil Brown should know better than to come out with such trivial **** like this ....sore loser and a major douche.

No it's not a joke. Diouf is a **** but Fabregas is not much better. I can't think of too much more Diouf has done that Fabregas isn't guilty of as well.

The sore loser comment is funny considering some of the stuff Arsenal players and staff have said in the past too.

Well if fabregas did it how is that trivial ****?
why would he make something like that up? regardless of weather phil brown is a "douche" something must have gone on for such allegations to occur....

yeh and look who you support, Rafa isn't the biggest whine bag in europe oh no.

some ppl :rolleyes::)

Hahahaha :D

Sorry you are right. I hated it when Rafa spat at Wenger, threw pizza at JM and rolled around on the floor holding his face when he shook hands with Fergie.

No, Fabregas isn't a constant simulator and cheat, you can't count the number of times per game he blatently attempts this unlike certain other footballers.

Most players will at some point in their playing career moan at the opposition so that's nothing new there.

etc...yawn..

I'll reiterate my point above, even though he's young he's generally acted far better than a great deal of those older than him.

Also, most importantly now, is the fact we don't know whether he actually spat on him or not.

it's not like he spat in his face, talk about overeaction.

i didn't see Fergie crying like a girl to the media after pizza-gate, Brown is going downhill faster than the Jamaican bobsled team and he's clutching.

30 seconds on youtube and you'll find more examples of Fabregas cheating than you would Gerrard or Ronaldo.

I completely disagree about him acting better than a great deal of older players and i'd be far more inclined to believe Brown than i would Fabregas. In his denial, Fabregas claimed that he's never spat at somebody in his career and you've just got to go on youtube to see that's bs.

Im pretty sure Fabregas' petulance has been discussed on here before and iirc the general opinion was that he was a ****. Obviously Arsenal fans will have a natural bias just as Liverpool fans would with Gerrard, Utd with Ronaldo etc.

Ronaldo is in a league of his own, for arrogance and diving (but especially the play-acting).

Pedersen wants to join that elite league and his recent effort might get him that invitation :p

yeah but the pizza-gate incident was more then jsut the pizza incident, there was a scuffle in the tunnel before hand. I dont see how you can defend Fabregas for spitting at brown, wweather it feet or face the intention was still there.

I frankly have no idea what he's talking about. Its like with Pires that diving git that dived allll the time, constantly, remember that one against Pompie. Except its always "remember that one at pompie", never ever are any others mentioned surprisingly enough. LIkewise only the Arteta incident(someone not adverse to going down and rolling around) is mentioned when certain people on this forum want to talk about Fabregas.

Lets see, Fabregas, gets drunk, caught in fights, arrested, nights in jail, constantly diving on the pitch, constantly fouling, constantly jumping studs in and trying to break players legs, is an arrogant moron constantly in the press etc etc etc. Hmmm, no that shockingly sounds exactly like someone else Baz might know.

For Fabregas, compared to almost the majority of English younger players (and some older) he seems to lack the whole banging prostitutes, getting battered, getting into fights, assaulting, having gambling problems and being a general arrogant fool.

He's a quiet calm guy who doesn't feel the need to be in the press constantly doesn't get into trouble on or off the pitch and rarely, very rarely dives or rolls around on the floor.

The people that make this crap up tend to be those with someone in their own team so bad they seem to run around trying to make other people look worse so their captain seems like less of a pathetic cheat.

simple fact is every single player in the league has rolled around seeming more injured than he is, and i do mean EVERY player. But its rare, and infact the case with Arteta, of anything Fabregas might have done there isn't a single replay you could find of Arteta not throwing an elbow into Fabregas's jaw.

Baz why don't you have someone elbow you in the jaw and see how much it hurts, at least he didn't just run 15 yards directly into Arteta then beg for a penalty.
