Spec me a cereal

I can't digest those scottish fine oats. Even after blending them in a smoothie, they are just disgusting.

Its just like drinking sandy milk lol.

Not nice, but i drink it pretty fast. Porridge oats take too long to eat when im rushin about in a morning
 
I tend to have a small bowl of country crisp (with nuts) as a mid morning snack after a protein/oats shake when I wake up. Not sure how bad this is but I love the stuff!
 
I'll say the same thing to you as I do to those who struggle to eat breakfast; Takes a bit of getting used to.

I always eat fish in the morning. Especially those rich in omegas. Sardines/Mackarel on toast/pita bread is a fav.

You have a stronger stomach than I. As for what to have I tend to have porridge with jam or shreddies infrequently.
 
I like the Dorset Cereals muesli with grapes and yoghurt. Lovely stuff, and you can change all 3 to different varieties to keep things interesting.
 
Buy scottish fine oats from Myprotein or similar. just drink em down. much faster than having to eat stodgy porridge. yuk! :D

I don't think it's quite as serious as that. I do have weird digestion though.

Doesn't have to be serious but it's worth getting tested.

Mate of mine is GI and since he quit he farts and murps buch less, he generally feels healthier and his acne has cleared up completely.

It's worth looking into with your GP.

I must be mixing wrongly then because I just can't drink it.
