Google Street View active in the UK

Been wasting the last couple of hours on it. All faces and reg numbers have been smudged out. Knew the government had insisted that they did but why bow down to them.

not all.. there's quite a few faces and cars that haven't been smudged in london
including an old L-reg micra parked opposite my old flat

I can see my flat! But it looks like the picture was taken early last summer.

the paddy power outside my old flat has got Germany-Turkey odds in the window, so archway was done at the end of june 2008..

I've seen 2 of the google cars, one during the Southampton Mini meet last year, anyone got the route we took to the pub, I was just following bam0 was following Scuzi was following someone else.

I went to Liverpool John Moore University today and I've just been able to show my family exactly what the buildings look like.
Good find.
