Also, can anyone help with my questions posted earlier on on this thread? It's just bugging me a bit now
Firstly, my old Motorola was very useful in that if i had a reminder or a text message come in, and i dont look at it straight away, it'd beep at me every 5mins or so. Is there any way to setup the 5800 to do this?
Secondly, how do i set it up to delete messages older than, say, 30 days? Or generally how do i keep the inbox/outboxes tidy automatically? It looks like it's just going to store everything forever?
Thirdly, Gmail is cool but the icon is all blown up/distorted. Does anyone else have this?
Nice 50% discount! How did you wangle that, or do you just know a staff member?

BBC iplayer is awesome on the phone, the quality is excellent. It doesn't seem to buffer often and is very smooth.
I have been using it through WLAN. At first it didn't want to play as it said I had to change my settings to WiFi which they were already. I upgraded the player through the phone and the message went away.
doesn't this use a lot of your monthly MB allowance if done on the move? Or are the videos a smaller resolution for mobile viewing?

It only works on Wifi,
I have unlimited 3G with O2 but Iplayer doesnt work through it.
Thanks for that. I dont suppose you know what 'Maximum' means then? The 5800 doesnt 'beep' every so often when a message has come in, it does however flash the led at the bottom every so often to alert you.
Automatic message deletion - Messages>Settings>Text Message>Message Validity..
Yeah I have that Gmail problem - Id assume with an updated version this will be fixed. The Gmail app isnt designed for the 5800.
