Hi guys;
Assuming milk is pretty much the perfect bodybuilding food (in terms of nutrient ratios), if an individual were, say, to drink 8 pints of milk a day which would be
2000kcals
200g carbs
100 ish carbs
would that be a good base for a clean bulking diet? I, obviously wouldn't do this exactly. But what would be the problem of having, say, 4 pints a day? Any health concerns about this?
Proposed diet;
Breakfast - Oats with milk and protein shake
mid snack - pint of milk/whey shake
Lunch - 2x Wholemeal bread, pint milk, perhaps another protein source (6 egg whites)
snack -
Main meal - Pasta/Rice/oats/ and protein source/glass milk
Pre bed - quark
Obviously with some fruit/veggies thrown in there..any problems with doing this?
I work out the macros to be;
200g protein
250 ish carbs
100 protein
Moderate fats (assuming semi-skimmed milk)
Many thanks.
