thats not a brabus 100% just for starters brabus change the badge for there own, looks like cheap stickers and fake wheels

I call BS. How can you tell? You can't see the numberplate. You can't see any distinguishable features. The only way you could tell is by looking at the interior. But if he's driving past you don't say "oh, that's an interesting interior. I think I'll remember that." Infact, if he's driving past you, you can't see the interior? So how can you tell?
