need a bit of help.

I've never used two screens together before, so i would like a bit of advise to see if it's worth doing.

1. is it worth it?;)
2. Can i use one screen to watch a movie/play game, while using the other to browse the web?
3. if the two screens have different resolutions, it that ok?
4. How much more graphic card power would the system need?

+1 on that

1. I would say yes.
2. Yes and No, watching a movie and surfing is no problem, running a full screen game and using something on the second screen can be difficult as most games don't like you taking the focus and effectively alt+Tab.
3.Yep resolutions can be different
4. I run 2x1280x1024 off of a x1800xt without any issue for everyday stuff, I don't do a great deal of gaming though.

Agreed.

Also, if you're thinking of playing games spread over the 2 screens - don't forget that it's pretty unplayable for FPS games, seeing as the cross-hair will be either side of the centre bezels (kinda like going to a concert and sitting behind a pillar) :p
