then down to 16 regional finals

and then to 134 folks at national final

And I came 2nd

Prob with the prize fund was the only downer, as the league section was not played on licensed gaming premises the gaming commission stuck their oar in at last minute and limited total prize fund to £5200, my share was £1094, loads less than it would have been

Not my biggest win in terms of cash but certainly most satisfying

yep, first stages were in pubs, the regional finals at gala casinos and the national at Dusk till Dawn
