If I wanted to get an NDA drawn up which would be best?

I have imported a new kind of kids toy from china, and I plan to introduce it to a retail chain in the UK. I am trying to get a NDA drawn up. I know there are many NDA's but I looking for one which is to do with protecting a product. The thing is as of yet I am not the sole distributor and I don't want to just go and show the product to a retail chain without an NDA as then they could cut me out and deal directly with the manufacturer of the kids toy. So I need an NDA which is to do with protecting the product. Anyone know of any?
