The new AMD CPUs are being released! Anyone else excited as I am?
I'm hoping the 955 does well!

AM3 only from now on, but it will be backwards compatible.

Apparently in Q4 2009/ Q1 2010 AMD will release Phenom IIs up to 4GHz (995)

Im looking forward to tomorrow. Should be interesting. If the 955 is a good chip that clocks well at a decent price point, then it will probably be my next upgrade (still on ye olde 939)

I haven't found any yet but im hoping for something around the £60-80 mark that will be a good improvement over my 6000.

I recon it will be about 200-220. Call it an educated guess

Not bad given that it will come down after a few weeks when the launch bloat price has dropped

Is it actually coming tomorrow? The i7 975 was meant to come out at the beginning of this month, but I haven't seen anything at all about it.
