Increasingly I'm noticing people say they don't eat vegetables. At all. I went out for some food the other night with some folks and one scraped all the veg to one side and ate round them. A guy I used to work with never ate anything that had green parents, thought o be fair he was a bit freaky eaters.

Do you eat veg? If not, why not? Can you actually poo? :D

Yeah eat loads of veg and salad.
Almost no fruit though, don't have dessert to often and I just don't dig fruit on it's own. Don't hate them or anything though.

who said cauliflower, umm cauliflower cheese..

for those who don't like veg. Do you only ever have it as plain boiled. Rather than actually making them into something?

I dont like a lot of vegetables but i eat them anyway because theyre good for me.

Im more into fruit.

I don't eat enough veg, but I don't see the point in actively discarding veg in food I'm eating. Except for sprouts, bleh.

As for pooing, the easy answer to that is ground psyllium husks. Pure insoluble fibre. Couple of teaspoons of that in plenty of water and you will poo. If you do what I did and misread the dosage instructions as tablespoons rather than teaspoons, you will poo a lot more than you'd like :) That was a...busy...couple of days.

I don't eat a lot of veg and usually only when given them.
I really don't like my greens, although my acceptance of them has become better as I've grown older.

I love potato and lettuce though.

You can have vegetarians and vegans, no more surprising to hear the opposite end of the scale. I recently started taking supplements with meals because I'm such a lousy eater.

loads of veg for me, I think a lot of people don't bother cooking properly with vegetables and just boil them to death and think that soggy, flavourless veg is all there is

I've never understood how people can say they don't eat vegetables. I get that they may not count chips or beans and to be fair, neither would I, but no veg at all?! Imagine a sunday roast of just beef & potato. No broccoli, cabbage or carrots. No green beans with a nice bit of fish. No sprouts at christmas, no asparagus ever! I just can't fathom it.

What is there not to like about veg?
