Yeah, first thing I did when I saw this thread again was make Swine Flu, chose virus then named it

Failed to kill the world. Got loads and loads infected but the borders were shut too fast.

This is crap, madagascar couldnt support itself, they would need imports of some kind to survive

plus they wouldnt be able to research the cure for the disease by themselves
