BT Adverts = annoying

Why are they using that guy out of My Family and a actress to play a soap opera, its almost as long running as the Nescafe adverts.

What are they building up to, also the latest Natwest ones are grinding my gears.

It annoys me more because im with bt and at the moment im getting speeds of around half a meg. The adverts remind me of the dam call centers that are just crap and haven't helped me at all

Not on my BT line, which I don't have since i'm a stinky student!

My parent's have BT internet and the support is abysmal, not to mention the cost of support calls to sort simple issues to do with payments etc.

I like them, bt are shocking tho... they should do a one with him waiting hours on hold, then getting cut off... might be expensive.

Depends on ad recall leading to action though. Annoying adverts tend to be lodged in the recycle bin of the cerebrum.

Not really, they just remind me of how bad BT are and to continue avoiding their services and recommending alternatives to people I meet. Sometimes people I don't even know.

Best wireless connection they say? Well explain local only! I'd say our internet from BT works about 3/4 of the time. In fact, at one point, when they came to "fix the problem", they connected up our phoneline to the neighbours house, so when we rang our home phone number, it calls the neighbours. Also, when anyone in the village makes a phonecall, our phone rings once and if someone is on the phone at the same time as us, we can hear their converstion too.

Maybe rather than spending money on adverts, they could sort out their company first?

Ah, glad it's not just me then, I hate these Vodafone ads. It seems like they've tried too hard to make something trendy and it's failed miserably.
