I liked 1701 ad but v1.0 was so buggy it always used to crash after a while .
Also it still doesn't support vista which is really lame .


Looking forward to this one though.

Yeah I played 1701 as well as some of the earler games. Looking forward to this one since it was announced. Its hard finding info about it though, its main audience is in Germany I think.

The fix is for a cd copy protection though and not for the steam version which lacks a cd obviously... I noticed steam said specifically it didn't work in Vista...

I enjoyed Anno 1701 +Exp so will defo get this. I actually prefer the period (late medieval) a bit more to the 1700's anyway.

Looks good, enjoyed playing 1701 but the game does take a lot of time.
