Today's weather sucks...

What the ****? Do they not think that the British public have enough common-sense to get through a bit of warm weather on it's own? Talk about patronising!
 
A heat wave predicted? er.. lets see. Lets first try getting the frigging weather forecast correct for 3 days in advance before we get too ambitious.

Predicting the exact weather on a particular day in a particular region is practically impossible beyond about 2 days.

Predicting the general climate over a few months throughout the country isn't, on the other hand.

I want the heat we had at Reading last year, it was amazing for the day time and cooled down nicely for the evening :)
 
The weather is strangely cooler here, it has mostly been in the 70s F, for the Midwest US that is odd this time of year. Plus 2 fridays ago we had the worst storm here anyone has ever seen they called it a inland hurricane winds were 109 MPH & in a 20 mile radius. 3000 trees down in a city a hour north.

It's been a lovely day here overall. Mainly sun with only a few clouds now and then; it was lovely running in the woods earlier.
 
Somebody whip out their knowledge of the suns cycle and confirm that this is why we are going to have a warm summer, it's going to get warmer too.
