4870x2 cooler

Hi Guys,

anyone know anymore about these? when they're out etc? ( i know it says end of may)

The 5870X2 will be out by the time this cooler goes on sale.

I would've gone for water if the block wasn't so pricey. Oh well, technology marches on. Maybe I'll be able to overclock the next one

my only worry with it though, is that the hot air is not blown out of the case, so surely it'll increase case temps loads??

I cant even use mine in this weather and it's mild outside really frustrating can only use it when it sound like im ready to take off, and i have good air flow :eek:

i will buy a cooler if it becomes available.

There's a waterblock in the clearance section for the 4870X2...cheap as chips...altho it was only one in stock so may have gone by now...of course I am thinking of getting it...but if its gone I will happily take the one priced at roughly £88...but Arctic Cooling want to hurry up and release that cooler instead

I was looking at the same thing as i already have a water cooling set up but just don't see the point as i should be able to use my card when i like without extremes of temperature coming form the card, wish i knew that but i did build my pc in the winter so temps weren't a problem then.Roll on 5870x2 i say

If the price is good then I will certainly jump for the 5870X2...and then it means I can just move my 4870X2 to my Q6600 machine which currently uses HD2600XT lol
