Apparently Bacon and Chocolate is the next big thing. Give that a try.

Also, why don't you go full Elvis and grill some bacon until almost completely cooked, smother a banana in peanut butter, wrap the bacon around the banana, and grill further until the bacon is finished. I make no warranties as to how this tastes.

THose bacon off cuts that can be bought for a quid or so are fantastic. Cook them and fill a pitta bread with that and cheese. mmm.

I like bacon, but it's a lower quality of meat and as such it doesn't make a staple part of my diet, except for the odd fry up from time to time.
