I've found out how to delete items you have more than once!!!

If you go into options first of all and fine which key you have assigned to "item loadout", this will then load a screen of all bonus items you've collected and allows you to delete ones that you have two of

haha true, I'd never noticed the screen before so was shocked to see everyone saying they had loads of the same items

Just made an idle server with an idle map, that gradually kills you. So it should work.

the server must be VAC enabled, which is perfectly possible on a listen server

I made sure my Server is VAC Secured. People unlocked things yesterday.

I suggest you add a password. Too many randoms filled it up.
