Im not a fan of polo shirts, or shirts in general really, but am having a dam hard time finding any decent t-shirt anywhere. Everything seems to be selling baddly cut, baggy, sack like ones, or the ultra skinny variety.

So, can anyone spec me a brand that makes decent, non-skinny but decently fitting t-shirts?

Cheers guys, will check them all out.

Literally just thougt of H&M, normally discount them as being a bit poo.. But as all I want is a new stock of decent fitting, plain t-shirts for the festival season, it might well fit the bill.

The free ones I get off the Snap-On man fit better than any T-shirt I've paid money for ironically.
So I guess the answer there is buy American made T's

I've never shopped in H&M but the consensus seems to be that it's cheap, plain rubbish!

Zara tshirts are nice, they're well fitted where they need to be but loose around the body, imo.

Topman fit me best. Only a few H&M ones fit me nicely. Though ido generally own a lot from H&M
Really? No, they don't. Everything from dress shirts to tshirts are badly cut rubbish.
Topman's stuff to be low quality, rips easily etc.

Exactly. Unless you're after bright purple, green or pink £6 vneck tshirts with buttons on them - steer clear of this brand. Yes, I work for them but hopefully not for much longer. :p

What kind of style are you after..

Just after some plain, or very minimalist, sort of shirts for the summer. I have always found the more expensive end of polo's to be the best fitting for me, but as every single person seems to be wearing them at the moment I'm trying to stay clear. However, all the t-shirts I currently own seem either rather worn out, or a bit too.. young.

To be honest, I'm not even that bothered about the quality. As long as they fit decently, and will last me the next few months of summer, thats all I'm after.

Funny thing is i quite like the tshirts from Next, seem to fit me nicely and very comfortable. I have a Mini (brown/blue) one and a few others (the "retro" ones) and they all seem to be good quality. I believe they do plain tshirts too. :)

They do and theyre not bad quality. They seem to lack any kind of colour range at my local next. Not sure what theyre like where the op is but it may be the same

It will depend on your body shape etc, I tend to find that the t-shirts from Next don't fit me too well. I would normally recommend going for some designer t-shirts as they tend to have a better cut, but not if you just want them for festivals and for the summer. As somebody else here said, I like Zara's plain t-shirts. They do various different cuts, from loose to super skinny, and they are only about £6 I think.

American Apparel do the best t shirts. I've tried all the bog standard ones from topman/h&m/gap/zara and AA are the best.
