Benidorm, is it really that bad?

Well it seems I have to go to Benidorm (shudder) for a mates stag-do, despite my best efforts at persuading him to go somewhere (anywhere) else.

I'm expecting beer-bellied middle-aged yobs, spending their days greased up with chip fat and their nights fighting and puking.

Is there actually anything worth doing there? Or am I going to lose 4 days of my life in a complete armpit of a place?

There are good things about it - if you like full English breakfasts, the ability to easily purchase a copy of The Sun or English bars with LIVE FOOTBALL INNIT, you'll love the place!

Its Britain with the Sun.

I haven't been to Benidorm since 1987, probably still a good place for a stag do though.

If you fancy a less "hectic" night out, check out the "old town" district of Benidorm (if it still exists ).

Just use the money you would have spent on flights and accommodation and go away to Amsterdam.
