I have a logitech mx3100 keyboard + mouse set. I got it in august last year as a warranty replacement for my mx3000 i think bundle that was a few years old (mouse thumb button stopped working).

The right click on my mx600 which is part of the 3100 set isnt really working.

You have to put a lot of pressure on it to make it click. I suspect this is probably due to over use (play a lot of wow, using right click to rotate etc),

Reckon logitech would replace it?

Logitech customer support is amazing, im sure they will do, i had a 4 year old mouse and keyboard and the button did on the mouse, they just replaced it with a brand new mx5500, just had to send them a picture of the old one broken up/.

Definitely, as territt said, they need a pic of it broken and stuff. BUT, don't do it until they ask you to, contact them first and they'll walk you through the steps to get them replaced.

I love there support my G11 is dead he said send us 3 pics and 1 of it broken lol. So we can send u a new one.

excuse me while i go hammer my keyboard woop

Logitech are awesome, I had a momo steering wheel and the pedals wore out after 11 months. I called Logitech who apologised for the fault, they asked for the serial number and said they'd have to send a replacement set of pedals from Sweden. Two days later they arrived at the door and I didn't even have to return the old ones which I'd repaired while waiting.
