You could stick all that other stuff up their backsides for all I care if they gave us dedicated servers for the money so I can go back to play some of the great games already released as they were intended.
 
Yea, I don't know how people could maon at that press conference, what exactly did you want them to announce?

They have wii beating technology, another PS franchise and some scrummy new games.
 
Pretty good TBH no real surprise, no mass effect 2 which is a surprise though. It was better than last years, i thought last years apart from the ff13 thing was pretty dire. For once they showed games for next year and the camera thing while looking good in principle i dont think i would want to use it for my games, hope its only going to be a few party type games and not its main control method.
The conference that interests me most is Nintendos cant be as bad as last years and what are these "core" games they want to talk about?

Some people aren't pappy if they don't have an hour of non-stop breathtaking announcements tbh. For me it was a good conference, possible very good if im honest although I would have preferred that they spend more time on the actual games (which is becoming a worrying trend).

Can't please everyone i guess.

If I wanted to jump around my living room with my hand making gun shapes I'd go to school with my nephews ;)

I can see if working to a small extent with RPG adventures and that's about it.

Oh god that was bad, I had almost blocked it out of all memory too :(

Although the woman who also presented it last year was strangely attractive in a "I really don't want to admit it" kind of way. :o

a lot of us don't have problems playing without decidicated servers. Sure it would be nice but its unrealistic for some games.

AMEN BROTHER!

Seriously, they need to give us some more solid reasons why we should pay for Live. Even if it is only a few quid a month, going back to pc gaming theres such a better choice in terms of servers and more reliable connection speeds/pings.
