I hated hear, it was a deep hatred and one which extends to quite a few of the women in the Labour Party. She wanted to erode civil liberties and I'm really thankful she has not been given the chance to go ahead with many of her policies.

Whilst it's a fantastic step forward, removing Jaqui Smith wont stop those policies going through under a new Home Secretary
