Search on ebay. I got 6 new pairs for ~£20.

I have Calvin Klein because they're so much better than the cheap ones.

ASOS.com clearance and TK Maxx.

With ASOS they don't always have them in stock. With TK Maxx they only have a few different styles. TK Maxx do them for about a tenner i think.

Ted Baker & Mish Mash are the branded ones I can reccomend.

Best value are from la senza, my gf bought a few pairs for me. Feel exactly the same as above but 3 pairs to 1 of the above.

Struggling to get them again so not sure if they have stopped doing them!

I'm not fussed about underwear as I normally go /k/, but I do have about 10 pairs just incase. Some CKs in there along with a few pairs from the market and such.
