The Apprentice - 2009

i was quite surprised and did not see that coming, thought kate had done enough. infact she practically nailed it bar the price!

jonathan ross was absolutely hilarious on the show after :D

I think perhaps the reason yasmina went on was just for the money, her business i guess is doing ok but not growing enough and feel kate deserved the chance, atlhough we need to reshuffle yasminas top half onto kate then yum yum dinner and fun.

Yasmina will be the same as that blonde woman who won the show about 2 seasons ago...

she also had her own business and only stayed with Sir Alan for 8 months then she went back to her business the same will happen again.

wp Sir Alan

No he looked to the left and pointed that way I thought, unless there was two adverts. It was too obvious so thought they were being misleading, should have put a bet on

I don't think you'll find many bookmakers who will let you put a bet on something that has already happened. :)

As I've said, they record two "You're Hired" endings with the "you're hired" literally being the only thing in it. They then stitch one in when it comes to editing.

Filling out my application now, I have no hope of getting in, but ohwell, worth a punt I suppose.

I wonder what they are looking for..Hm.

Just finished applying.

Not holding out much hope, but would be wicked if I even got the first batch of Interviews.
Good luck mate :)

I'm always tempted to apply for the 'main' one but then decide I'm not pushy / outgoing enough to get chosen. One day I might go for it though...

Cheers.

Here is what I put for what makes me different, not very satisfied with it, but I just couldn't think.

'I believe that at 16 I have more determination and more motivation than anybody else my age. I have already worked as a Junior Web Designer for an Adveritisng agency, I am currently being interviewed for a Supervisors Role in the Retail store Primark, I was also the Head Boy/Lead Student of a school of 1500 students. All of this shows leadership qualities. I am also a very good judge of character, I can work out peoples personalities very quickly, understanding their behaviour and mannerisms and how to talk and handle them accordingly to how I see to get the best from them. I am also very mature for my age, I am used to talking to adults as I work with them daily, I am respectful and understanding to a wide range of people. My ability to understand peoples emotions and to then either encourage them or rebuild them as they need to, to be mentally strong for a challenge, is second to none. I can plan ahead very well, and I always have more than one option that I can do, in case one goes wrong. I also never give up, I will keep going until I find a solution to the problem, a solution that is best and not a make shift one. My attitude is very focused towards work and towards where I want to be with myself in life, I believe that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and at 16 I am already striving to create my own Freelance Web Design, while being in full time education, and having a job. I enjoy the buzz of being active and having a challenge, something that will test my ability, and getting the reward afterwards when it goes right. I also understand that not everything can always go exactly to plan, and I can rectify this and make sure that in the end it is how it should be. I believe that I my attitude, my determination, my willpower, and my understanding of emotions and reading people to get to know them and use them as part of a team, along with my Leadership qualities that I have shown during several projects is what makes me different from everyone else applying.'

Blimey thats a wall of text.
I've only really done it out of interest, i'm not going to cry if I get no email inviting me to an interview, but I will be happy if I do.

Point 13 in the Terms and Conditions states that you have to be over 18 to apply.
