anyone trading with him over MM is or at least shouldn't be a company. Its down to an individuals discretion as to who's details they pass to whom. In this case I think common sense rules does it not?

What's your point? We're concerned about a member of our moderating team, a member of our team, a colleague and a friend even. We just want to make sure he's ok, showing concern for another human being.

Lies. :mad: Everyone knows that OcUK = the known universe, and everyone also knows that there are no women on the internets. Ergo, there's no such thing as women.

On topic, I reconise the name and hope everything's OK. Bit weird to just disappear like that, but as Gilly says hopefully it's just a change of circumstances or maybe he even just got bored of OcUK (yeah, right). :)

I was just pointing out that the DPA may be infringed while exchanging personal details around.

It was not meant to evoke any anger.
 
Maybe he left for a reason, its great that you are trying to contact him but why now, last contact was with him in Feb but nobody has noticed till June?
 
You don't understand the DPA then... an individual is perfectly entitled to share what they know about a person.

The point being, forget the DPA unless it will actually help with the thread, kthx.
