Maybe a silly question about XBOX motion

I was wondering, if the Xbox Motion controller follows your every movements what happens, for example if you have an itch ?

i.e. Xbox is tracking your hands around an imaginary steering wheel during a racing game.

You have an itch on your head and you go to scratch it, what will the Xbox do with this movement, will it freak out ?

Oh good god, I hope it cant work out if your clothed or not. Alrik makes many claims to play in games in his birthday suit and I really dont want to see his avatar hang out with his wang out.
