COD Map cockup

Hi Guys,

I saw the Map Pack 2 was available for WAW tonight so started downloading it, I didn''t have enough points so bought 1000 with my credit card, I promptly started the download, it was taking so long I decided to cancel it and leave it over night to download.

I went to my active downloads and nothing was listed there, I checked my points balance and it had gone down by 800 so I went to download the Map Pack 2 again and it said I didn't have enough points so it has taken the points but not put it as an active download :mad:

Is there any specific number I should call at MS? Or anything I can try on my 360?

Try logging in on the web version of marketplace and add it to your active downloads that way

I'm guessing it will just try take 800 points that way again though

Can someone please find me the Xbox Live support number, I can't get on the xbox.com website for some reason and googling doesn't bring up a number. Plllease?

I think Ive heard of other people having similar problems downloading the new maps

Somewhere deep in the bowels of the menu system you can bring up a list of everything you have ever downloaded, hopefully the map pack will be there for you to redownload.

Can't for the life of me find it, but I know it's there as I used it to redownload everything after I moved to a new HDD.

Account then download history.

Could be worse mate. As the new pack is out i thought id buy both and so added 1600 points to my account. When i go to download the map packs i get an error saying i cant download the content from my location. I live on the Isle of Man which is part of the UK so i dont quite understand what is going on. I read on the internet that they're now region locking by IP, but im in the UK and still cant get what i want. Ive been robbed of £17. Nice one.

If i cant get extra map packs and add ons in future i may aswell just quit XBL.
